45 minute appointment - $60

Includes 30 min of focused work on the massage table and 5-10 min at both the beginning and end of the appt to go over your goals, personalized treatment plan, and options for self care.
Important Notes
You will stay fully clothed for the whole appointment so please come dressed in loose comfortable clothing. Preferably no jeans.
